For the convenience of its residents the City of Goddard offers online bill payment for utility services. This enables residents to pay their monthly bill online with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

From this website you will be able to:

  • Pay your utility bill
  • Review your account information
  • Review your previous bill and payment history
  • Review your household water consumption history

    If this is your first time visiting, you will need to have your utility bill available while you create a new user account. A hard copy of your utility bill will allow you to provide your account ID number and your property location exactly as the city has it listed for billing purposes.
